May 1: Applications open at 8am EST and are available online. Early applications are encouraged.
May 14 6-7:30pm: Zoom Info Session/Q&A with Cardea Director/Dean Ifekwunigwe, and the student-led Executive Board.
May 25 (11:59 pm EST): Final application deadline
June 1: Final notification of decision

The online application takes about one hour to complete. We encourage you to preview the questions using the PDF below and write down your answers before starting the application. While the survey does save partial responses, it's best to play it safe and finish in one sitting so that you do not lose your work.
