Chemistry & Biology

I've been a part of Dr. Payne's Lab for Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science for about a year now, conducting antimicrobial research. I have shadowed several doctors throughout my time at Duke, and created impactful connections through my charisma and dedication to medicine. I've been volunteering with Femmes+ for 2+ years, and was recently a part of the Junior Executive Board. My interests outside of the classroom involve hiking, exploring new scenes and traveling, and playing the piano. My future goals involve obtaining a PhD in Chemistry and conducting antimicrobial research long term.
