As a senior at Duke, I have found many different avenues to pursue my interests. Currently, I am a SAGE learning facilitator, a position that involves leading a small learning community of organic chemistry students. I also volunteer at Lenox Baker Children's Hospital, where I get to play with patients in the waiting room and make their day using arts and crafts. When I'm not in class, I enjoy playing the Chinese yo-yo, something that started as a hobby but has become something I showcase around campus during various performances. I really enjoy science and teaching, and I plan to become a pediatrician in order to combine these two passions.
